BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS (HONG KONG/PRC BASED) (REF : JM-8022-APG)

Responsibilities :

 Supervise project teams to maintain and further develop existing markets and accountsIdentify and develop business opportunity of new markets, regions and customers on automotive product segmentsMaintain staffing in all projects management areas as well as provide training to improve staff project management skill and performance Work closely with Sales and Corporate Engineering teams to develop product and commercial strategy for potential businessImprove profitability and product cost control

 

Requirements :

 Degree holder or above in Mechanical/ Electrical or related subjects; MBA qualification preferableMinimum 8-10 years experience with minimum 3 years in engineering management, program management/ commercial area respectively Familiar with B2B environment and industrial / engineered/ motor productKnowledge in product marketing and project management in Product Development ProcessExperience in automotive industryPossess a strong business sense to comprehend market situation and provide insightful development directionA strong leader, possesses strong interpersonal and team building skills, with the ability to motivate and influence other peopleStrong people management skills and good financial senseExcellent presentation skills, speaks good command of both spoken and written EnglishBased in Hong Kong and travel to PRC
