In order to penetrate the North American market we are searching for an :

 

Automotive Lubricants Sales Representative

 

Job Summary:

 

Promote the sale of AdBlue / DEF and related products, both for the Light and Heavy Vehicle industry. The customer base start with the OEM’s all the way down to the oil change stations. This position will entail daily travel within the sales territory, monthly sales meetings and documentation of sales and sales/customer interaction calls.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  Effectively call on OEM, dealer, distributor, service station and market all of Kruse's products and services Maintain assigned account list and account plans for current and prospective customers  Build relationships at all levels of the customers organization Develop and implement action plans to obtain sales objective Accurately documented sales tracking and forecasting. Prepare and deliver customer presentations. Complete monthly and weekly reports  Help customer’s win in the marketplace  Grows revenue to meet or exceed business goals  Travels to represent Company for sales and marketing opportunities Schedule, develop and attend trade shows 

Education / Experience:

  Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other business discipline; or equivalent work-related experience. Minimum of 10 year's sales experience as a top-notch salesperson involved in the automotive technical, value-added sale (Ex: fluids, chemicals, additives, lubricants, etc.). MUST have a proven track record of success (i.e. your resume must illustrate accomplishments and achievements) backed by solid references. Proficiency in Windows-based Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of the automotive light and or heavy duty industry is a must 

 

Skills and Abilities:

 

Strong Communication Skills – able to present Self and Company professionally and effectively to customers via telephone, in writing and face-to-face

Hard working with the ability to work extended hours

Ability to travel, which could require an overnight stay

Strong motivation to develop new accounts while servicing existing accounts

Entrepreneurial spirit to sell projects from start to finish
