This opportunity is with one of my most successful clients of over 13 years.They have a total of 6 facilities within the United States and will start on their 7 plant in late 2008.

 

Must have background working with a Tier 1  automotive supplier to Toyota or Honda.

Position Responsibilities:

 

  Managing  Account Sales Engineers

· Manage accounts internally and externally to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure profitability.

· Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and support company vision.  Gather and report relevant market information to support accurate Sales planning.

· Strategic Sales Planning and Market Research—assist in strategic planning to identify new business opportunities

· Resolution of commercial issues--Work with customers to obtain accurate purchase orders and assist Accounting and Finance with collection of monies owed

· Managing of Engineering Change—Manage VE/VA’s and customer request such as engineering changes, quality improvements, quoting, negotiating, and updating data

· Internal and External System Management—Update all internal sales systems and be able to track and report changes to management internally.

· External Customer Relationship Development—Promote effective communication with Customers and develop professional working relationships with all Customer representatives.  Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and meet or exceed customer deliverables.
