/ This is an engineering customer service role. Responsible for analyzing customers needs and determining modifications and changes needed to fulfill customers' product requirements. Reviews, discusses and interprets customers' product requirements. Compares, analyzes and determines if existing products can meet customers' needs. May prepare proposals, quotations and determine appropriate pricing. BS in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 8 years experience in application engineeringMinimum of 8 years experience in wipers30% local travel requiredExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.General knowledge of wiper systems and general knowledge of performance & test methods as it relates to wiper systems.General knowledge of statistics, CAD, and/or other analysis methods.Have the ability to evaluate business issues and prioritize activities.Ability to prepare tests requests, evaluate test results, and publish final test reports.Have the ability to perform detailed customer presentationsResponsible for developing new products as the designated project manager for the Customer Program Development (APQP) processAbility to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently
