Position Description

Individual will be responsible for planning, developing, directing and managing marketing and advertising initiatives for World Omni and it’s subsidiaries, which includes but not limited to: marketing plans, advertising campaigns, online marketing, web marketing strategy, corporate presentations, press releases, external client communications and events, internal associate communications and events. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous evaluation and strategy modification to ensure company competitiveness and distinguish our products and services from others in the industry.



Requirements


1. Bachelor's in marketing is a must. Master's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.

2. Minimum of five years experience in marketing: including advertising strategy, media planning, direct marketing and communications.

3. Proven experience in developing and executing effective marketing plans, including measuring results. 

4. Knowledge of industry best practices and a commitment to constantly improving internal and external marketing efforts.

5. Organizational and project management skills to monitor internal and external resources required to execute against timelines. 

6. Strong presentation skills, including the ability to prepare, write and give presentations using PowerPoint
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to write and edit basic copy for marketing materials.

8. Ability to communicate with multiple levels throughout the organization.

9. Ability to travel.

10. Bonus if candidate has trade show, incentive travel and/or event planning experience.

11. Bonus if candidate has “product marketing� experience, including development of roadmaps and “go to market� plans.

12. Bonus if candidate has participated in projects that include “requirements setting� for marketing technology systems.
