This explains why their products have become the industry standard for productivity, efficiency, cost-effectiveness and environmental responsibility.Currently they are looking for high-performing engineers like you to bring your skills and experience to conceptualizing, developing and designing the powertrains of tomorrow. You will ensure that these products can be released for production by ensuring their superior performance, durability, quality, and serviceability.We have multiple engineering direct hire openings for talented individuals who will design transmission control strategies. Products impacted by the team include track type tractors, large mining trucks, articulated trucks, wheel loaders and motor graders. This position will lead cross-functional teams of technical experts, controls engineers and test engineers. The team leader role accounts for 50% of this assignment. The remainder of the time the incumbent acts as an individual contributor, bringing technical expertise to the project as well. These positions will be accountable for the concept, development and design of control strategies and their interaction with transmission oil and clutch systems. The ability to understand control strategy interaction with clutch and oil systems through analysis, simulation and test, including variation is critical.
