Admin Assistant
A small Concord business seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to 4 managers with duties to include but not limited to answering phones, preparing correspondences, filing, faxing, copying, scheduling, data entry, invoicing, inventory control, customer service and other duties as needed. Individual must be able to work independently, be very organized and detail oriented, have the ability to work well under pressure and outstanding customer service abilities. Must have strong computer skills in MS Word and familiarity with MS Excel, email, and the Internet.
