Accounting Manager, Part Time with Flexible Schedule

AM Search, a division of Armanino McKenna, the largest California based CPA firm, is conducting an Accounting Manager search for one of its clients. Over the past eighty years, our client has become one of the largest independent automotive wholesale distributors in the United States.

 

Working 30 hours per week, the Accounting Manager is responsible for the general accounting operations of the organization, including monthly close, preparation of financial statements, multi state property tax and multi state sales tax, and the ongoing enhancement of accounting processes and controls in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

 

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related discipline 5-10 years professional accounting experienceStrong organization skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with Microsoft office suite and automated accounting systemsStrong written and oral communication skills Strategic thinker with hands-on ability and attitude
