Our client, a well-established and growing Ohio-based manufacturer that supplies stampings and assembled components to a variety of major industries, is seeking an Account Manager. The company is ISO 9001 qualified; this position is located in Western Ohio.

 The Account Manager will focus on the company’s metal forming technology and manufacturing capabilities to maintain and expand business with current accounts and team with other staff to expand the customer base into additional industries.  The Account Manager will support the company initiative into products supporting the renewable fuels and alternative energy industries.

 

Additionally, the Account Manager will:Participate in account strategy developmentFunction as the primary point of contact with customers on product-related mattersParticipate in new product development and launch projectsConsult with the Engineering and Product Development staffs on customer needsResearch and identify new sales opportunities as internal capabilities and processes evolveRequirementsBS degree in engineering, business or marketing5-7 years related experience with metal stampingsExperience with metal finishing would be a strong plusStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility and willingness to support a heavy travel schedule
