Did you know that sales of certified used vehicles are up over last year’s record levels?  Most of our services also have non-automotive applications including boats, small businesses, real estate, and more for better diversity and security. You will receive a minimum of four weeks of comprehensive training in how to perform the M.A.R.S. services and how to develop and maintain your accounts. We furnish all of the specialty products, tools, and equipment you will need.  You must provide your own vehicle.  You will generate new accounts and maintain a regular service route following the proven MARS sales and marketing model.  The accounts you establish are protected, plus you have the freedom to add additional accounts as you grow your business. Following your training, YOU control your income.  When you bill more, you earn more, and MARS can’t change your compensation plan after you start…guaranteed in writing!  Some operators join an existing team or work by themselves as a one-man operation. Others prefer to leverage their leadership skills and realize their financial dreams by involving other people developing multi-man teams. We have positions for every preference.You will become certified in all 6 categories of appearance reconditioning services: Exterior Paint Repairs, Interior Repairs, Paintless Dent Removal, Glass Repairs, Detailing, Stain, and Odor Removal Services, and Accessories and Specialties Services.
