1) PAINT ENGINEER

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 
.....B.S in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
.....**Will consider 12 years work related experience in lieu of degree
.....Must pass Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Point Hue Test annually
.....Previous automotive finishing & robotic experience preferred
JOB FUNCTIONS:
....Position will support paint process & application equipment with established control plans to
ensure the accuracy & repeatability of the painting process in order to satisfy the customer
quality standards and delivery schedule

2) INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
.....Associates Degree in Technical field of study
.....**Will consider 10 years of work related experience in lieu of degree
.....Preferred: 5 years minimum molding OR automotive experience
.....Assets: Knowledge of automation systems and controls. Experience with injection mold equipment
JOB FUNCTIONS:
.....Position will lead & develop the IMM department engineering needs
.....Lead/develop continous improvement projects that will improve key department objectives
.....Projects will focus on improving Product & Process Flow, Material Flow, Labor Efficiency, Work Cell
Layouts, and Secondary Equipment
.....Continually monitor, troubleshoot & improve all related processes & procedures related to injectiom
molding
.....Develop and implement PFMEAs, CI, Control plan and work instruction specific to responsible
projects
.....Lead & maintain a high '5S' departmental standard for organization and housekeeping in the
department
.....Ensure that all accidents are properly reported & accident investigations are completed within 24 hrs.
.....Maintain ISO9000/TS 16949 procedures as they relate to process requirements & documentation
