Warehouse Supervisor - Growth Opportunity!

We are seeking an experienced and qualified warehousing leader for our Hartford, CT warehouse who knows the meaning of great customer service.  As Warehouse Supervisor, this highly motivated individual will assist in directing a team that is responsible for the efficient and customer focused operation of Safelite's warehouse. Duties  · Maintaining productivity of all warehouse associates including monitoring and evaluating their performance. · Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and correct manner.· Working with the district management, wholesale sales, and corporate staff to identify cost efficiencies and sales opportunities.· Ensure the security of all company assets. · Ensure that all paperwork is completed and inventories are conducted accurately.· Recruiting, hiring and training warehouse associates in all aspects of their responsibilities, including OSHA safety requirements. Qualifications·  High school diploma or equivalent required·  Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience·  Minimum of 2 years warehousing experience·  Strong communication skills·  Ability to train and motivate team members·  Computer literate·  Able to operate warehousing equipment and company vehicles·  Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record  Submit your resume by clicking on the Apply Now button.
