Warehouse Manager - Great Opportunity!

We are seeking an experienced and qualified warehousing leader for our Union City market warehouse, who knows the meaning of great customer service and is looking to grow within their career.  This highly motivated individual will lead and direct a team that is responsible for the efficient and customer focused distribution operation of our warehouse. Grow with US! Duties  Maintaining productivity of all warehouse associates including monitoring and evaluating their performance. Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and correct manner. Working with the district management, wholesale sales, and corporate staff to identify cost efficiencies and sales opportunities. Ensure the security of all company assets. Ensure that all paperwork is completed and inventories are conducted accurately. Recruiting, hiring and training warehouse associates in all aspects of their responsibilities, including OSHA safety requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years supervisory experience required 5+ years warehousing experience required Strong communication skills Ability to train and motivate team members Proficient with computer Able to operate warehousing equipment and company vehicles Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Submit your resume by clicking on the Apply Now button.
