Position Description:
This position designs web sites for automotive dealerships to be built within a ASP.NET environment. You will interact with internal teams and clients to determine requirements of site designs, graphics, etc. Site designs will be designed to meet required specifications and turned over to development. We are looking for a candidate with a strong design sense and the knowledge to apply it to the web in new and creative ways. We don’t want you to know all the latest design trends- we want you to start your own. This position does not require development skills; however, knowledge of development techniques should prove beneficial.
Requirements:Associate degree in graphic design, fine arts, etc. (Bachelor’s preferred)1 to 3 years graphic design experienceWeb design experience preferredPortfolio of workWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop), Flash (expertise desired), and MS OfficeWorking knowledge of Dreamweaver welcomedMac and/or PC proficiencyStrong organizational skillsExperience with web image preparationUnderstanding of HTML, CSS layout techniques, and SEO/SEMFormal user interface training and print design/production experience a plus
