Star Diagnostic System Technician

Mercedes-Benz USA is actively seeking a Star Diagnostic System Technician.  This position provides second level help desk support for Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic Systems; receives, records and certifies technical problems through use of proprietary systems and software.

 

Responsibilities include:Providing secondary level support for Mercedes-Benz field personnel, Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Dealers on Star Diagnostic System (SDS) hardware, software and other coding issues.Provide feedback and solutions within prescribed time lines.Record, document and manage all cases in a proprietary feedback system.Ability to incorporate new technology into current and future business applications.Ability to develop and execute hardware and/or software test plans and test specifications.  

Requirements include:Travel internationallyWork Holidays when requiredMust be able to work flexible hours/work scheduleMust have comprehensive knowledge of the Star Diagnostic System and Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systemsHigh School Diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience
