Shop Service Coordinator

LeveeLift currently has a position available for a Shop Service Coordinator in our Louisville, KY location.  Â
Duties include, but not limited to:Assign customer repairs to shop technicians Coordinate preparation of rental equipment with Rental Coordinator Provide assistance/support to the shop technicians Maintain records for planned maintenance and annual inspection due dates (schedule as needed) Oversee shop technicians daily activitiesResponsible for inventory of special toolsAssess training needs for shop techniciansReview quotes for shop repairs with the Operations ManagerProvide daily shop repair reports to the Operations ManagerControl rental maintenance costAssign building maintenance repairsMaintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:1 - 2 years supervisory experience1 -2 years mechanical experienceSome college preferredExcellent customer service background Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task Organizational skills Ability to work with limited supervision Basic PC skills Valid driver's licenseAbility to work an 8+ hour shiftAbility to lift up to 70 pounds
