Service Operations Assistant
Penn Power Systems, a division of Penn Detroit Diesel-Allison, and a leading service company in the Power Generation field, is currently accepting resumes for our Service Assistant position located in the Harrisburg area. The Service Assistant will be responsible for assisting the branch Service Supervisor in the day to day service operations which include answering phones, general clerical/administrative duties and assisting with customer/field technician issues. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of electrical and mechanical power generation. Computer skills are a must with a focus on AS400, Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.
