Senior Office/Operations Coordinator

Coordinates work flow and staffing schedules. Trains and develops new Office Coordinators.   ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to provide general guidelines and parameters for the job and are not intended to be a comprehensive, detailed description of the job. The immediate supervisor and the employee should mutually establish detailed job duties and responsibilities. Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow. Processes payments and loan documents, answers the phones and provides customer service to internal and external customers. Hires, orients, evaluates, and terminates Office Coordinators. Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. Coordinates the completion of and submits paperwork for newly hired employees, termed employees, and status changes for all employees of the dealership. Studies and standardizes procedures to improve effectiveness of staff. Maintains harmony among workers. Reports activities of the administrative/clerical functions to the General Manager as required. Knowledge of personal computer keyboard and calculator. Attention to detail is required as well as the ability to interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner.
