New Truck Sales Representatives (Class 5 – 8)





McCandless of Arizona, the IC Bus and International Truck & Engine Dealer, representing medium and heavy trucks, leasing & rental, parts, service and mobile maintenance in the state is currently seeking talented people who are committed to long-range career growth. Our business is growing, not stagnated in the current environment!!! In Late 2008 and 2009 we will have an even stronger market based on emission changes and charges due in 2010. The ideal candidate will have:

 

Knowledge of Medium and Heavy Duty and Severe Service Trucks and related component Spec’s.  Have prior or current sales experience in the heavy-duty truck industry.

A current CDL, or the ability to get one within 90 days

The EXTREME desire to make at least $100,000.00 annually.

The BEST O.E.M. and dealership in Arizona to work for.

   

Sales Representatives will be responsible for:

· Maintaining relationships with existing customers

· Negotiating to optimize profitability of business relationships

· Identifying and building relationships with prospective customers

· Developing and improving confidence that customers have in International Trucks

 

Skills and Qualifications

· Working & demonstrated ability to manage/strategize tactics to conquest new business required

· Aggressive, professional self-started

· Ability to close the deal

· Organized with time management abilities

· Computer skills to create and e-mail proposals, pictures, etc to customers

· Commercial Driver’s License (Can you drive what you sell?)

· Medium and Heavy-Duty Truck Sales Experience Necessary

· Three years sales experience in the class 5-8 industry preferred
