Sales Guide - with an emphasis on balancing Quality of life and making Money

We hire almost exclusively people with no previous car selling background.  Women do very well here.  Planet is so unlike other dealerships, we call ourselves the 'Undealership.' Sure, Sales Guides at Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge sell cars, however, our philosophy is quite different.  We offer ethics, a high quality of life, and a close-knit team environment.  To back this up, Planet went over 12 months with ZERO turnover in Sales while the industry average is close to 100%!  We use no pressure no polyester.  We promote ourselves as the alternative to the bad reputation and shady practices of the typical dealership.

We have a diverse team of women and men from all walks of life.  Their former backgrounds include: stock broker, financial analyst, professional singer, cell phone sales rep, and recent college graduates.

No general sales experience is required.  We provide all training and lots of it.  Education level is flexible but and associates or bachelors degree and/or experience in another industry is preferred.  Most important:  you need to demonstrate that you have achieved some kind of success in some other environment (quarterbacking your high school team, running your own business, being an accomplished dancer, etc.)  We will draw upon those strengths in developing your sales skills.

Actual incomes earned by our Sales Guides can range from $45,000 to $100,000.  Compensation includes a combination of salary and commission.  There are opportunities for advancement because we promote almost exclusively from within.  Our most successful folks typically have the following characteristics:  sincere and likeable, enjoy being with people, self-confident, money motivated, good organization skills.  The people who enjoy the job the most are very energetic and enjoy the challenge of working with all different types of people.

Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge is located in Franklin, right off 495, not too far from the Wrentham Outlets.  The work week is about 45 hours, spread out over five or six days, including many weekends. We use flex days and the schedule can be tailored somewhat to your needs.
