Description:

 

Illinois Truck Centre is a full-service truck dealership that offers new and used trucks, parts, service and body shop for the Isuzu and Hino(Toyota) commercial truck lines.  Illinois Truck Centre has been doing business since 1990, but the owner of the company has been in the industry for 33 years.  We have two locations in Elk Grove Village; one on Busse Road and the other on Devon Avenue.

 

Summary:

Under the direction of upper management, the Sales Executive sells and markets medium-duty trucks.

 

Essential Responsibilities:Promote and sell new and used trucks.Perform a minimum of 30 sales cold calls per week.Maintain accurate documentation in reports, quoting, and other internal communication.Develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationships.Deliver trucks to customers to complete sales process.Promote other businesses of the organization: new and used trucks, parts, service and body shop.

Qualifications:Requires HS education or equivalent.  Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of sales experience is a plus.Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.Retail sales experience and mechanical knowledge of trucks is helpful, but can be trained.Excellent customer service and good communications skills are a must.Valid DL required; CDL preferred.
