SERVICE ADVISOR
Full-service distributor representing industrial manufacturers in the on-highway truck, construction, mining, and marine markets has an opening for a SERVICE ADVISOR in its Lansing, Michigan operation. Since this is the primary customer contact position at our Customer Support Centers, the successful candidate will have enough technical expertise in engine and/or transmission repairs to converse intelligently with customers about engine/transmission operations, and will have a strong aptitude for customer service. This position also involves an element of sales by encouraging customers to purchase products to improve equipment performance that may be outside the immediate repair need. Previous experience working in a service/repair environment using a computer system to document repairs performed and bill customers or file warranty claims is a definite plus.
Founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1912, the W. W.
