SALES TRAINER- Dayton, OH
Position Description:
The Sales Trainer facilitates ERA Variable Operations including Contact Management, ERA Business and Employee Management. This position also facilitates Variable Operations within Dealership Operations Training. Responsibilities also include providing support facilitation of Hi Definition sales skills training for new hire Systems Account Managers and Specialists.
Training:
The training process for this position will be shadowing other sales trainers, field travel with tenured sales representatives, participation in workshops designed to educate on how we train Sales Professionals, and training on sales skills and advanced communications skills.
Requirements:3 years of automotive dealership and industry knowledgeERA and/or POWER solution knowledge with specialization in Variable OperationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceTeaching experience preferredSales experience preferredStrong communication and presentation skillsVersatility and creativity
