Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993. The Centralized PRO Division provides cost management and customer service oversight for Allstate's network of Centralized PRO Vendors.  PRO Damage Evaluators interact with Allstate's PRO vendors to achieve proper cost management and customer service results.  The position will be responsible for DRP/PRO Vendor oversight, which includes field re-inspections at the shop as well as at our customers' residences. Interactions with our customers to resolve repair quality concerns. Interactions with the owners and managers of PRO facilities regarding performance objectives and results. Coaching vendor employee's to achieve proper customer service and cost management objectives. Required Skills: (skills individual must bring to the job) and skill levels required: - Beginner (has general understanding/knowledge) - Intermediate (has good working knowledge/understanding) - Advanced (is considered an expert)The skills required are Advanced organizational skills. Intermediate effective written and oral communication skills. Advanced Technical Auto Estimating skills including ICAR & ASEExperience Required: (type of experience and number of years required) 10+ years technical estimating experience required. Computer Proficiency: (computer skills needed to do the job) Knowledge of estimating programs and laptop skills including ADP, CCC, Pathways (preferred) and Microsoft programs Excel, Access and Word. Education:  College degree preferred.
