Online Sales Manager

The Online Sales Manager at Planet Subaru is a Jack or Jackie of all trades.  You will work in a team with a more senior Online Sales Manager, Deb Brewster.  You will greet customers, set appointments, respond to internet vehicle inquiries, show vehicles, and sell cars.  Every day is different.  The former person in this role was in the position for one year and we promoted him to Sales Manager at our other dealership, Planet Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Franklin.

Planet is not your typical dealership. We offer ethics, a high quality of life, and a close-knit team environment. We use no pressure or polyester. We promote the stores as "your UNdealership," the alternative to the bad reputation and shady practices of the typical dealership.

We have a diverse team of women and men from all walks of life. Their former backgrounds include: Hollywood movie director (no kidding!), semi-professional snow boarder, bike shop manager, graphic artist, and a recent college grad.  

The Ideal Candidate Desirable traits:  likes cars, eager to learn new things, likes to be busy, has an upbeat attitude about life, enjoys the pleasure of delighting customers, is smart, professional, and polished.  If you're confused and drifting through life, then you wouldn't work.  If you're focused and ambitious and want to make a difference in the world, then we should talk.

The schedule is approximately 45 hours per week with most weekend days.


No sales or dealership experience is required, though prior sales experience can be helpful. We have one opening.  We provide all training.
