Responsibilities: To enhance our strategy of completely meeting customers' needs and profitability, we are currently seeking an Office Clerk. Your responsibilities will include various office and administrative duties including handling accounts payable/receivable and collections, payroll, fuel reconciliation, office supplies, billing, maintaining database and miscellaneous reporting.. The qualified candidate must be people oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have an intermediate level in Word and Excel and possess a minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and some accounting knowledge are a must. Knowledge of AS400 and experience in the transportation industry would be a definite asset.
