Marketing Analyst - Retail

Are you a Data Analyst with in Marketing? This position offers you the opportunity to showcase both your analytical expertise and your business knowledge, providing practical insights to help shape our marketing strategies for our 650+ Goodyear Retail stores. You will join an energetic, talented and motivated team with a solid commitment to excellence and innovation thorough collaboration. We're seeking a Marketing Analyst to support customer attraction, customer retention, marketing strategies and market research.

Specific responsibilities include:
*Perform custom analysis, reporting and multiple ad hoc queries.
*Leverage the marketing database to improve efficiency and effectives of customer acquisition and retention programs through segmentation, profiling and modeling.
*Design campaign reporting based on business objectives, ROI and testing methodology.
* Use various reporting tools to code, retrieve and assemble data from multiple databases and provide analysis including trends, anomalies, results, insights and actionable recommendations.
*Responsible for monitoring the timely collection of data from multiple sources and assisting with determining information requirements.

Qualifications:
Required-
* 3 or more years of experience in marketing analysis preferably in a retail environment.
* Bachelor's or higher level degree in marketing, finance, business, math, economics or a related field.
* Experienced users of MS Office with an emphasis in Excel, Access, and Power Point as well as database systems such as Cognos, SAS, etc.
* Experience in segmentation, query and reporting tools
* Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
* Experience with marketing analytics with an understanding and application of statistical measures and
concepts.
* Knowledge of statistical modeling a plus.
* Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills in a team setting. Write clear, effective reports and analysis.
* Well-developed understanding of math and finance for application in queries and direct marketing analysis.
* Strong multi-tasking skills, must be able to balance multiple analytical projects.
