LeasePlan is looking to hire motivated and hard working individual to fill a position of Mailroom Assistant in our Office Service Department. To coordinate incoming/outgoing company mail.  Assist Office Services staff to facilitate the daily operations of the Office Services group.

 

Tasks include but not limited to:Coordinate incoming /outgoing company mail.Assist with overnight package login/delivery.Maintain office equipment.Maintain stock levels of break areasCommunicate with co-workers, team members, management, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.Demonstrate reliable and predictable attendance.Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency.

 

Skills:

HS graduate with experience in office operations, business machines, mailroom functions. Computer skills (Lotus Notes, MS Word, MS Excel, Wordpro), must posses good communication skills both written and oral.
