Requirements:

Â· As a Loan Originator, you will solicit first mortgage loans in a specific geographic territory.

Â· Take applications from potential mortgage borrowers, quote interest rates and programs, solicit outside sources for mortgage loans, provide follow-up services to mortgage borrowers.

Â· 1-3 years experience with Conventional, FHA & VA loans

Â· Excellent written and oral communication skills

Â· Computer experience
