Land Rover Variable Marketing Analyst - Finance (Job Code: NJLRVMA-FIN):

Partner with Retail Operations Team and provide Finance support to make decisions affecting strategic and tactical incentives. Analyst will coordinate and administer financial analysis of quarterly programs, and take ownership of monthly forecasts and actual results reporting. Develop proper financial analysis of all incentives and ensure timely and accurate reporting of actions to support forecast, budget, and other corporate submissions. Provide special studies and analysis as needed to support management. Encourage teamwork within the Finance and cross-functional groups. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred). Minimum of 3-4 years of Finance or Accounting experience, preferably in a Marketing and Sales environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of PeopleSoft required. Must have the ability to be detail oriented while working in a fast paced environment. Good problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and communications a must. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with financial management and forecasting, and must be able to demonstrate understanding of marketing concepts and practices.
