The right candidate must possess the following:

l       Prior BDC experience.
Â
l       Be a self starter with excellent communication skills, both through email and telephone along with computer skills and a team player
Â
l       Working knowledge of CRM’S, Buzz Trak a plus.
Â
l       Must have good organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with attention given to details..
l       Professional demeanor and representation.
Â

·       Handling incoming Internet Leads
Â
·       Opening a line of communication with potential Internet customers which will lead to an appointment.
Â
·       Handling incoming sales calls, making out-bound calls, scheduling appointments, data entry & working hand in hand with management and sales staff.

·       Work in a state of the art automobile dealership in professional surroundings. Career advancement training included.
