Job Description

This full time position is for both the Entry Level Sales Representative or the Career Minded and Advanced Sales Professional. 

Entry Level Sales Reps. - are scheduled on avg 40 hours and earn a base guarantee plus enjoy reaping the rewards of commission earnings. Great for College Students or anyone wanting approx. 40 hours a week.

Sales Professional - are scheduled on avg 48 hours but have the availability to work as desired.  These associates traditionally average 50 hrs a week and earn an unlimited income potential with top earners exceeding 80,000 annually. 

Our sales represenatives are self directed and take an entrepreunerial approach to developing their business within the structure of Conn's.  Additional duties include, pricing, merchandising, upkeep of store, attending regular meetings and training sessions.
