ISC Appointment Setter/Reservationist

DescriptionDo you have Telemarketing and/or Sales experience? Auto Sales people get paid for your experience! We seek Reps for Chevy Clearwater.The role of the BDC Appointment Setter/Reservationist is to respond effectively to all phone-sourced vehicle inquiries that come to the dealership. Their goal is to generate a response, and schedule appointments with customers. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: o Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule sales appointments o Enter all customer comments into Compass o Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made o Make outbound calls to schedule sales appointments o Confirm scheduled appointments o Post scheduled appointments on appointment board in BDC o Reschedule no-show customer appointments o Follow up with sales associates (non-internet) to determine if appointment was kept and what the outcome was. Schedule future contact as needed. o Generate letters, postcards, emails etc., according to lead age to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact. o Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives o Notify sales managers when an appointment is scheduled o Listen and disposition sales calls into Daily Marketing Plan. Required ExperienceIdeal candidates will have: o Automotive experience a plus o Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals o Outstanding communication skills o Professional appearance and work ethic o Great attitude with a high-energy personality o Superior customer service skills o 2 or more years sales experience o Proficient Computer Skills including e-mail, internet, etc. Required Educationo High school diploma or equivalent o 2 year or 4 year degree in business or a related field is preferred CompensationWe offer competitive base pay plus incentive/commission, health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) program, paid vacation, Employee Vehicle Purchase Program, professional working environment, job specific training and fantastic advancement opportunities. CommentsJoin AutoNation, ranked as one of America's Most Admired Companies for 4 consecutive years by Fortune Magazine, where your talent can make a difference.
