ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team leader is responsible for the overall management of the Marketing Group.  This position requires managing the following functional areas: retail products/programs and OEM relationships, lease, used certified pre-owned and end of term products/programs.  Team leader will also be responsible for pricing, communication and brand development, commercial deal products/programs, planning, reporting and analysis

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Track and oversee all marketing functional results Manage day to day projects of retail products/programs Build and maintain relationships with both Hyundai and Kia OEM’s, dealers, industry vendors and other internal departments Lead task forces of team members from multiple internal departments as well as outside vendors/professionals during product development and implementation Proactive development and management of retail, lease, commercial and dealer relationship incentive programs Design and lead the implementation of strategic marketing plans of insurance and other finance products for maximizing cross sell opportunities Product and program pricing including financial return, penetration of sales, subvention costing, variable sensitivity analysis Review tailored presentations based on audience requirements and ensure presentations meet the needs of the assignment Track and analyze all marketing functional areas results, production of presentation and reports for internal and external dissemination, budget development and variance analysis, subvention cost analysis and OEM billing Periodically review daily, weekly, and monthly reports in order to provide analysis to Senior Management Analyze project data to determine the impact to the Marketing Team and provide impact overview for management  Benchmark marketing and products best practices to competition and across industries Lead and develop department staff capabilities Perform other tasks as assigned by management Manage development of Policy and procedures for Marketing Department

Minimum Experience, Skills and Educational Background:BA/BS degree, MBA a plus 10+ year experience in consumer and commercial auto finance for a captive finance company or bank with private label programs Knowledge of residual setting and vehicle remarketing processes Excellent and effective oral/written skills Strong leaderships and interpersonal communication skill required Very strong finance, research, analytical, organization, and time/project management skills Ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal direction and oversight Detail oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapidly changing business environment Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
