Provides support to PBY stores, PBY fleet customers and  various SSC departments to insure customer satisfaction through compliance with established fleet procedures. Acts as primary point of contact for fleet customers and PBY stores using the 800-55 fleet hotline. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Serves as project coordinator for department specific sales projects as well as assisting with projects related to credit and collections. Implements sales projects with members of fleet sales team. Resolves day-to-day operational concerns and recommends improvements with regards to system issues, customer service issues or sales process issues Maintains professional demeanor when contacted by fleet customers and PBY stores via 800 55FLEET number, works to resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently, and utilizes resources in various departments throughout SSC to ensure the customer is treated beyond their expectations.Completes sales reports on an as needed as well as scheduled basis, offering enhancement suggestions and maintaining accuracy and proper development of new reportsMust have intermediate to advanced PC skills which include Word, Excel and Power Point and prior automotive experience.We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k).
