Position Description:

The Finance & Insurance Manager position is full-time, reporting to the General Sales Manager. Motorcars Honda is looking for the following in the successful candidate: Previous experience:  a minimum of 1 to 2 years successful experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager at an automobile dealership.  Previous experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus, but not a requirement. Organizational skills: the successful candidate must demonstrate stellar organizational skills, both in time management as well as record keeping. Customer Satisfaction Index: the successful candidate will exhibit outstanding performance in his/her manufacturer’s CSI program. Personality: Highly motivated individual who takes pride in his or her work and will function according to the philosophies and vision of the company. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Compensation:

The Finance & Insurance Manager role is a commission-based position with earning potential in the range of $75,000 to $100,000+.  The successful candidate will have ability to earn bonuses as well, as determined by the management team.
