FIELD ENGINEER- Portsmouth, NH

Position Description:
In this position, you will provide installation and maintenance support on *Reynolds and Reynolds Computer and *Key Control equipment at customer locations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will provide telephone support services to customers and field engineers, and maintain company issued assets from home. You will travel to and from customer locations, documenting work activity and will maintain all administrative paperwork.

You are required to be available 24/7. Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required. You would be responsible for a certain territory after completing a 5-week paid training period in Texas consisting of hands-on and classroom training.

Training:
Training includes 5 weeks in a classroom and lab environment consisting of equipment familiarization and process training in College Station, TX; additional on-the-job training provided in the field from senior field engineers and supervisor. The training primarily deals with familiarization of equipment, which includes, but not limited to: * Application Servers * Switches * Routers * PC's * Cablling * Cable Terminations * Serial Devices * and more.....

Requirements: Previous electronics experience or training required Strong networking experience Experience with LAN/WAN Good driving record Good communication skills A+ certification preferred Experience with military electronics is a plus
