Our company distributes our products through OEM sales and aftermarket sales.  We supply head units, speaker systems, navigations, and etc to GM and Toyota as well as distributing our products as aftermarket to end-users or retailers.

 

Fujitsu Ten has an immediate opening for an Customer Support Administrator

 

SUMMARY:

 Customer Support Representatives assists dealers and customers with their claims as accurately and quickly as possible to make their experience a positive one.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Taking claim orders from dealers/customers by phone and fax. Processing web orders (upload, download, report, update, follow up)Resolving customers and/or dealer complaints.Filing claim shippers and mailing invoicesInput repair information from outside service shops.Updating dealer informationTracers and shipper carriers, call tag requests.Support teammatesAssist other groups from time to time as requested by the Customer support Supervisor

 QUALIFICATIONS:High School or equivalent experience in electronic componentsAbility to read and interpret documentsAbility to speak in English with employee of organization.Ability to write simple English.Some computer input skill, Microsoft Office applications.
