FULL TIME OPENING FOR EXPERIENCED MECHANIC FOR LARGE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT COMPANY. THIS POSITION WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SERVICE AND REPAIR OF HEAVY DUTY OFF-ROAD CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND DIESEL ENGINES. MISC TASKS OF SERVICING MACHINES (CHANGING FLUIDS, ETC.). WORK WILL BE MOSTLY SHOP WORK, BUT THERE WILL BE OCCASSIONAL FIELD WORK.COMPETITIVE PAY AND BENEFITS. EOE.

PREFER INDIVIDUAL WITH EXPERIENCE REPAIRING SKID STEERS, BACKHOES, EXCAVATORS, AND DOZERS. MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO DIAGNOSE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS. MUST ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH HYDRAULICS. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERâ€™S LICENSE. PREFER AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT / DIESEL ENGINE EXPERIENCE, BUT NOT REQUIRED. MUST HAVE SUPERIOR MECHANICAL SKILLS AND STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. PC SKILLS PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED. WILL TRAIN. MUST HAVE TOOLS. SAFE WORK HABITS A MUST.
