CREDIT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE- Dayton, OH

The Credit Services Representative researches requests for credit using internal order, billing, and inventory records and by contacting appropriate internal associates. This position advises legitimacy of billings or issues credit by following established procedures and arbitrates disputes between internal departments. This position also responds to all internal and external questions on credit requests and communicates credit request rejections to sales associates and customers when necessary. Duties also include maintaining regular follow-ups on credit requests to ensure timely approval or rejection and authorizing termination of services and support when necessary.

 

Training:

On-the-job training.

 

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance strongly preferredAble to perform and understand account reconciliationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsDetail oriented and able to multitask effectively in a high volume environment
