Bluebonnet Motors is creating a customer sales-internet support center in New Braunfels, Texas to handle all phone calls, emails and other generated leads for our busy Automotive Group which includes FORD-LINCOLN-MERCURY.  This newly created division has several full time openings for CS-Web Specialist I and CS-Web Specialist II.  Our team of professionals will continue exceeding customer expectations for quality sales and services. REQUIREMENTS Call Center - Web Specialist II

Successful applicants will be enthusiastic, self motivated, and articulate. They will demonstrate excellent phone manner, be computer literate, have good communication skills, be sales orientated, and will enjoy working in a fast paced environment.  This candidate will work with the Internet Sales Director with digital media, print, video and more to enhance our customers’ multimedia experience online and in our dealership.  (Please have previous web design, Photoshop or similar, flash, html, video and print knowledge for this position.)

 

EXPERIENCENo prior experience is required - we have an extensive on the job training program. Previous experience in call centers, sales, customer service or as a receptionist as well as automotive knowledge would be helpful but is not necessary.

 

EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or GED. RESPONSIBILITIESDuties include answering incoming phone calls, email leads and working with our sales department to schedule appointments and coordinate the customers needs and wants.  The ability to multi task is important and stay on track with your work plan, and meeting your goals is key to this position.  We will call our customers confirming their scheduled appointments and to reschedule missed appointments. We are #1 in customer satisfaction and this is a dynamic position that combines suggestive selling with amazing customer service. COMPENSATIONAll positions have very competitive wages and incentive bonuses. The full time position includes group medical plan, paid vacations, holidays and more. Excellent starting pay - our top performer will make over $35K - $50k this year.

 

HOURS OF OPERATIONOur call center will be staffed: - Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM - Saturday:              9:00 AM – 6:00 PM The full-time work week is 40 hrs - with the possibility of a flex schedule.
