Highline European Motorcars was established in 1979 in cypress California. We are a small, independent dealership with the equipment, technology and experience of a large dealership. We have built a reputation based upon honesty, integrity and professionalism in the service and repair of BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar and Rolls Royce repair.

Service Technician -  Qualifications : European Import experience with emphasis on BMW MBZ AUDI JAG Energetic and reliable ASE or manufacturer certification a must High school diploma or the equivalent. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Good computer knowledge XP os Autologic, GT1, X431, Mercedes Star system scanner knowledge Excellent electrical and fuel injection diagnostic abilities Ability to perform all tasks on 1990-2008 models All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA. All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license with clean driving record.

Service Technician - Duties and Responsibilities: Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with facility and factory standards. Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair. Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts. Document work performed. Supervise work of any apprentice technicians as assigned. Attend sponsored training classes. Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins. Ensure that customers’ cars are kept clean. Keep shop area neat, clean, and be able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times. Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Compensation :

Our technician pay plan rewards high personal productivity. Technicians are paid the higher of either the flat rate commissions earned for each job completed or a base hourly rate. Training and management support help technicians earn more.
