Contacts dealerships regarding outstanding 30-60 day account balances. Contacts dealerships for missing contract and certificate information. Evaluates certificates or contracts to ensure company and state underwriting guidelines are met. Reconciles and balances dealer accounts by department deadlines. Reviews pending contracts, and works to resolution by department deadlines. Job Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent2 or more years of related experience.1. Thorough understanding of our company, products and forms.2. Thorough understanding of assigned FandI insurance products.3. Thorough knowledge of dealership business and operations.4. Working knowledge of mainframe computers, personal computers, application software, and business system applications (i.e. Lotus Notes, Xycor, ESMU, Word, Excel, IBAS, ARNQ).5. Thorough understanding of 10-key operation and data entry techniques.6. Basic knowledge of negotiation techniques.7. Thorough understanding of accounting principles.8. Thorough understanding of workplace organization techniques.9. Thorough understanding of telephone and office etiquette.10. Knowledge of company's vision, organizational structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values and code of ethics.11. Understands and applies techniques to manage multiple priorities.12. Possesses a high level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a team.13. Understands the importance of and demonstrates a commitment to personal and professional growth.14. Prior computer experience required.15.
