We are currently seeking an Account Director, U.S. Automotive Division, in Westlake Village, CA. Key Goals of this Position: Grow JDPA revenue from OEM account Lead sales efforts for PIN, syndicated and proprietary research, consulting, product development and training at assigned accounts Manage account activity (client service and business development) for assigned accounts Education/Experience Required: Four year college degree; 7-10 years of related work experience Strong familiarity with the automotive industry Advanced sales/client service with ability to establish and grow client relationships at senior management levels with expert skills around maintaining effective client relationships Expert level communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills, time management, and understanding of Sales Force Strong listening and interpersonal skills Expert sales planning, solutions, and marketing capabilities Expert team-builder / collaboration skill Advanced skills in problem solving and root cause analysis Advanced understanding of data mining techniques Advanced financial management knowledge including budget management and control Advanced leadership skills and negotiation skills Familiarity with J.D. Power products and services (product, revenue, network platforms) and client service/sales experience Advanced software knowledge especially with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, mTab, and GMI Established in 1968, J.D.
