Immediate Openings for Long Term Contingent Experienced non-licensed architect engineers...Interior Architectural Inspectors ....
Job duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:

. Oversee construction and installation of interior finished work, consisting of doors, windows installations of schools preferable.

• Assist with QA/QC inspection of projects for masonry, roofing, windows, doors and interior/exterior architectural features to ensure compliance with all NYC and NYS building codes, and industry standards.

. Assist with preparation of written deficiency reports of such construction as directed.

. Assist with preparation of sign-off documents for QA/QC when work is completed.

. Review amendments, inspection reports, controlled inspection reports.

. Provide written objections, as directed, when non-compliance is determined.

• Assist with inspections of construction in accordance with code, approved plans and applications. Prepare written deficiency reports of such construction, as directed.

• Assist with preparation of construction sign-off documents when work is completed.

• Advise project management regarding dismissal of deficiencies, as directed.
