TEXTILE SPECIALIST
TEXTILE SPECIALIST FULL TIME POSITION AVAILABLE - DENVER DESIGN CENTERKneedler|Fauchère of Denver, a high-end, multi-line showroom located in the Denver Design Center, is seeking an experienced Textile Specialist. The Textile Specialist's primary responsibility is to ensure that fabric, wallcovering and leather sales in the showroom meet or exceed established goals. The Textile Specialist does this by assisting sales associates with customer orders or providing direct fabric, wallcovering, & leather sales consultation and service to customers.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience with textile order processes, and knowledge of vendor procedures within the interior design profession. Required Experience & Skills: Product Knowledge - All Textile Products Basic Computer Skills A focus on customer service and relationship-building General knowledge of case goods, lighting, & accessories Strong Initiative Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills Professional in Appearance & Demeanor - Poised Pleasant Phone Demeanor Abilty to Multi-task and remain organized Ability to train and coach others Enthusiastic Team Player Flexible - Handles change well Attention to Detail
