They will make presentations, write the scope of work, establish budgets, and manage the deliverables and execution of work. They will manage the client contact as well as the quality and integrity of the work performed to ensure it is delivered in a timely fashion. They are expected to establish and deliver goals in alignment with company initiatives in their market. Responsibilities include; client contact, client relations, technical direction and oversight of production staff, teambuilding, developing and maintaining project budgets, ensuring the quality and timing of deliverables, and providing a positive role model for the office and staff. Required Skills and Experience: Client contacts and relationships with local municipalities and experience with transportation projects.
