Sr. Interior Architect/Designer

This company is looking for an interior architect who can design walls and ceilings, as well as furniture layouts.

 

This person will report directly to the Head of Interiors and head up the West Coast team.  Some travel will be involved...mostly one-night trips to CA...about once per week.

 

This person will have a junior designer reporting to them, so some management/mentor experience would be helpful.

 

Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years experience in hospitality design.  Multi-family experience is a plus.

 

Candidates must present well to clients...both in appearance and skill.

 

Candidates must have creative talents, be motivated and be able to manage their time as well as others' time. 

 

This company’s design is extremely creative and fun...true designers will find this very appealing.

 

Possible advancement: This department is expected to continuing to grow.  This person may eventually manage 3 or 4 designers and oversee their work instead of doing the actual design.

 

This company would be willing to relocate a candidate if they were really that good.

 

Salary range is $90,000 to $100,000
