Senior Structural Engineer

Certified Companies is a human resource consulting firm, specializing in helping our clients to attract, hire, inspire, and retain top talent.  On behalf of our client, a dynamic engineering firm in a high-growth mode, we are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer.

 

 



Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (Masters preferred).

 

PE Certification is also required.

Minimum 8 years' experience in the design of building structures.

 

Fully knowledgeable of structural requirements of IBC.

 

Experience in commercial buildings and not residential. 

 

Only motivated and ambitious engineers need apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

* Plan, execute, and take responsibility of all aspects of multiple projects including interfacing with other disciplines  and client representatives

 

* Manage project quality, schedule, and budget.

 

* Direct and supervise project staff.

 

* Function as lead design engineer on complex projects.
