Senior Project Manager/Owners Rep

Work in beautiful Saudi Arabia!

We are working on bejhalf of a real esate developer with commercial & residential projects, but their main 2 schemes are the Kempinski Hotel which is a 60 storey tower scheme 5* hotel/residential scheme in Jeddah, and the Rocco Forte Hotel which is a 2 tower (18 floors & 11 floors) 5* boutique hotel.

Duties:- Manage the overall design & construction of the new real estate development projects. The design & construction is outsourced to third party consultants and subcontractors. The PM will provide PM support.- Direct the professional consultants/subcontractors and assume responsibility for the timely delivery of the project through the pre and post tender stages and within the agreed cost parameters.- Coordinate & manage the professionals, consultants and contractors, reporting progress to the GM and partners on a regular basis- The project will be onsite for a minimum of 3 years

Experience:

-Minimum 10 years construction management experience.

- Ideally experienced in hotels development and high rise tower schemes.

The contracts have been signed with the Architects  & Contractors and the Kempinski Hotel has just gone through ther design stage.

Salary Package - $150,000 - $240,000 (includes accomodation, bonuses nad travel)
